PMOC REPORT
MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND CONTROL PLAN
ANVISA Ordinance 3523 has strict rules and determines that every establishment that has a thermal load equal to or greater than 60,000/btus or 5TR is required to maintain the PMOC (Operation and Control Maintenance Plan).
If the establishment is fined by the Ministry of Health and is irregular, there is a risk of paying up to R$ 200,000.00 in fine, if it is a repeat offender, it may even close the place.
An air conditioner subjected to a PMOC report will not only maintain the climate-controlled environment, but it will prevent problems with air quality.
